Rietto's first known musical experience was in the band 業 (Karma), which he formed along with bassist Aoi (aka Eruze), vocalist Shin and support drummer 瞳夜 (Touya, aka Pietoro). At the time, Rietto's stage name was Yoshihiko.
Karma had a member change, Shin was replaced by Touya on vocals, who became an official member, and the drummer Masaki Oono joined as support drummer. During this time they have released at least 1 demotape with 2 songs.
Karma disbanded and around March of 1997, Rietto met Misa and form Nageki Shito, along with the other Karma members, except for Touya.
After 3 months they disband but immediatly form Da'vid/shito:aL, adding their old Karma bandmate Touya (now Pietoro) as the vocalist, with the idea of twin bass and twin vocals.
In the end of 1998 Da'vid disband and after that, no news about Rietto had surfaced sadly.
